2017 Classes

Except for the July 22 Washoe Lake State Park class, please RSVP by contacting us at info@sierradutchoven.com. Please provide your name, email, which class you plan to attend and how many in your party. All classes are FREE, held outdoors at Sportsman’s Warehouse in Reno, and limited to 20 participants…so RSVP early!

One Pot Breakfast
September 16, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Sportsman’s Warehouse, 3306 Kietzke Lane, Reno, Nev.
NSDOG members will be teaching a hands-on class featuring a variety of simple breakfast dishes that can be made in the Dutch oven. All levels of experience are welcome and encouraged to attend. All ingredients and equipment will be provided. Dishes will be shared among the class and instructors at the end of the session. Come join us for a cast iron brunch!

Chilis, Soups and Stews
October 14, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Fall is the perfect time of year for a hot pot of chili, soup or stew. Seasoned NSDOG cooks will be teaching a hands-on class featuring a variety of dishes that will both fill and warm you up! All levels of experience are welcome and encouraged to attend. All ingredients and equipment will be provided. Dishes will be shared among the class and instructors at the end of the session.
